🛒 Fulfillment & Shipping

At UniqPhone, all our products are made especially for you, as soon as you place an order. We partner with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to ensure high-quality and efficient production.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: After fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:

    • USA: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by high demand or delays in carrier networks (e.g. holidays or global events).

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or address errors provided by the customer.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered!

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at support@uniqphone.shop within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Please include:

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • Your order number

    • A short description of the problem

We will submit your claim to our production partner (Printify) and offer a free replacement or full refund if the issue is confirmed.

❗ Important Notes

  • Orders are automatically processed shortly after they are placed. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • Once an order is in production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • We do not offer returns on gift cards or digital products.
