📦 Uniqphone Store – Refund Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. To request it, contact us within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Please include a clear photo or video showing the issue. You do not need to return the product.

2. Returns or Exchanges Due to Buyer’s Choice

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons such as incorrect size, color, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

3. Failed Deliveries or Invalid Address

If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will issue a partial refund for the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please make sure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Refunds are first credited as store credit.

  • Upon request, funds can be transferred back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your request is approved.

  • For international customers, currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email refund@uniqphone.store with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo or video evidence

We will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.

6. Important Timeframes

  • All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
